Design: Refurbishment & Extension

Project: Private House, Low Fell, Gateshead.

Client: Mr. O Edwards & Dr. T Hughes

This project involves the enlargement and extension of the existing property to provide a linked kitchen and dining area, a new utility room and a remodelled garage within a narrow and constricted site.

The scheme will benefit from a roof top lantern to provide maximum light down into the kitchen and dining areas. A planning application has now been submitted to the Local Authority. We are appointed to provide architectural services from Inception to Completion.
