Welcome. Our website will tell you all about the Practice and it is
UPDATED 4 February 2016
The first half of 2015 has brought a large number of new architectural commissions, and continuing demand for our building pathology and expert witness services.
We are now working on architectural projects in Wylam, in Barnard Castle, and in Brough, with new projects about to commence near Matfen and in Newcastle.
We continue to act throughout the UK as expert advisers and building pathologists. In September 2014 we assisted Clients in the successful resolution of a £1m dispute in Whitley Bay. We are now working on building disputes in Boldon, Biggin Hill, Tower Hamlets in London, Newcastle, Seahouses in Northumberland, and Brigg in Lincolnshire.
Many of the buildings upon which we advise suffer problems of water penetration through roofs, walls, and basements, or are experiencing severe condensation, and we are pleased to advise upon failures of construction, or of design. We can also prepare and implement schemes of remedial works.
In response to this growing workload we are seeking a number of new staff including a Part II/III architectural assistant, a newly qualified architect, and an experienced architectural technologist. Please contact us for details.
We continue to update our Expert Witness page to feature Case Studies: each tale has a moral.
