Welcome. Our website will tell you all about the Practice and it is
UPDATED 25 July 2017
The beginning of 2017 has brought a continuing demand for our building pathology and expert witness services.
We are now working on architectural projects in Wylam, and in Matfen, with a new project about to commence in Kenton.
We continue to act throughout the UK as expert advisers and building pathologists. Recently we assisted Clients in the successful resolution of a £1m dispute in Whitley Bay. We are now working on building disputes in Boldon, London, Newcastle, Sheffield and two in Kent, including a substantial listed building.
Many of the buildings upon which we advise suffer problems of water penetration through roofs, walls, and basements, or are experiencing severe condensation, and we are pleased to advise upon failures of construction, or of design. We can also prepare and implement schemes of remedial works.
Part II/III Architectural Graduate Job Vacancy:
We have a vacancy for a dynamic, keen, enthusiastic, self-motivated, 'get ahead' architectural graduate, or a newly qualified architect.
The workload is varied, and country wide. It includes some wonderful private Client work; technical consultancy and research projects; building pathology; and, some expert witness work too. This is potentially a long-term position and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to acquire a wealth of experience and knowledge. Part II graduates will be expected to complete their training and take their Part III examinations at the earliest opportunity, and assistance will be given.
Good hand drawing and graphic skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD & Photoshop will be required. And, a knowledge of Dreamweaver would be helpful. If you'd like to work in Northumberland within easy reach of the most beautiful countryside, and one of the finest cities in England, come and see us. Or, send your CV to: email@example.com.
We continue to update our Expert Witness page to feature Case Studies: each tale has a moral.
